@ILMairport we just missed our AA flight because the gate agent did not announce boarding on our delayed flight on the overhead speaker. They may have announced it locally. We were in gate 8 because there was nowhere to sit in 9. The screen was not updated.

@UHhospitals my mom and I were just treated very poorly by a receptionist at the Green Rd facility. The receptionist was rude, condescending and nasty. This has to stop. I take my mom to all her appts and this was the worst we’ve ever been treated. It was extremely offensive

@playhousesquare closing Euclid for the Jazz Festival made it very very difficult for my elderly, disabled mom (a long-time season ticket holder) to get to the theater and to dinner at Cibreo.

@firstenergycorp It has now been 24 hours since my power has been out. When I look at your website at my account, it says that additional cruise have been called. So, no one is currently working on my outage. I’m extremely frustrated, cold and angry that I’m going to lose the food in my fridge.

@firstenergycorp I looked on your website and since last night it has said additional crews were called to my site. No update! This tells me that no one is working in my neighborhood. I want to know what caused this outage because it did not happen during Friday’s windstorm.
