you could have dementia, irritable bowel syndrome, be blind, have a crater caved into your skull, have just been born, never understood the concept of bathing yourself, be illiterate, pick up a controller for the first time and still become a top player by playing Steve
@Jahzz0 Collecting isn’t too bad as long as you’re willing to wait a few months for prices to drop and decks are relatively inexpensive if you’re fine with min-rarity
But if you really like a card from 5-10+ years ago best of luck 😭
@moicnelou@CjFrozen Works best on heavies but is inconsistent with everyone else. And realistically if you get someone on ledge you convert to up tilt/up airs for the dtilt minecart kill
My favorite thing about the rule of “only characters who originally appeared in video games can be in smash” is that by a technicality Lightning McQueen is a valid contender
If Mario is a first party character and Sonic is a third party, does that make someone like Pikachu a 2nd party character?
And if so how many of those do we have in smash?
So at what point is the Steve ruling considered “fair”?
If we have 3 Steve’s in top 32 and only 1 in top 8 I’d argue that’s fair, but if we have somehow only 1 in top 32 is that also fair? Too far? Or any variation of the sorts (ex: none in T8 but 8 in T32)?
Do we have a goal?
