@VerizonSupport I am incredibly frustrated. I purchased an NFL plus premium subscription thru +play but cannot access my account. In a circular conversation with NFL saying talk to you and Verizon saying speak to NFL. This is not acceptable.

Our home was built by GL homes and I’ve heard anecdotes from people building who had to take delivery of their home without appliances given this issue. Maybe a lead? Home builder here?

@Lowes Ordered a new refrigerator several weeks ago and the shipment continues to be delayed. Impossible to get a status update from customer service. The delivery date keeps moving. Can you please help us? This is frustrating.
