Here's a trick I learned from the AI. If you have constipation or stomach cramps, warm-up (NOT TOO HOT OR SCALDING) a cup of plain water in the microwave and drink it slowly.

That's just some guy wearing doctor's costume. The doctor is just a mortal, too, and he's going to die someday, too. Over two years ago, I had a bleeding ulcer. Three doctors said I was going to die that night. I REFUSED TO BELIEVE THEM. I went home and quit alcohol, coffee, and drugs. The bleeding stopped. NOW, I have never felt better. I am more healthy than ever. And, I fully expect to OUT-LIVE those three doctors.

@Scottobix Hi, Scott. Good update! I eat a lot of white meat chunk tuna. Can you have tuna? It is very soft and easily digested. Don't give up! The doctors don't know everything. Three doctors said I was going to die two years ago - I changed my diet and now I feel great.
