In a realm by himself, the laughing stock of his own village. A vessel that has no port or harbour, a joke, a wanderer, with no destination. CLIENT FEEDBACK
@reginaldo_el@MrHowesC@casualsdirect Me in 1989 at a house party wearing Chipie, Ball or C17 jeans (Kickers out of shot) and GA glasses. Tan from Ibiza and sadly I got nowhere with the lass. Happier, simpler times. Wish I’d kept that 80s wardrobe. Wear FM and MC Lee on the big stereo.
Finished Slow Horses, I find it hugely watchable and very entertaining, however if I were to put my Mark Kermode hat on I’d probably have to write a bad review. Very cliched, huge holes in the plot, a bit slapstick comedy (perhaps intentional) and poorly acted bar Lamb/Taverner!
I wish all football managers looked like they were in Napalm Death or Discharge. This look is wasted on the masses, it is more deserving of a smaller niche, cult audience.
@nige_h64 We have a regional mayor, she leads the North East Strategic Mayoral Authority, on the surface she appears to be doing really well, but it will take a decade to feel the economic impact, she lobbies hard for us at Westminster. Aren’t local council reforms imminent in Staffs?
I’d have shaken hands on two successive draws versus Boro and Derby to maintain momentum so a point extra feels very satisfying indeed. Sets us up nicely with two home games to come. I’m making the pilgrimage too, even better.
@northern_uproar Never drank that side of the river apart from occasional trips to places like Dunston to watch football. I’d be woefully out of my depth. I close my eyes when I drive through the centre of Gateshead
@Nolpecker Experienced exactly the same with my father, nine regular nurses cared for him over any 24 hour 3 shift pattern, four local girls and five Romanian girls, all faultless, all worthy of far, far more. His care cost more than a month in the Ritz.
Just watched two wonderful people managing c10-15 very challenging young adults, some with significant behavioural issues, at a Metro station, so imagine the distractions, they’ll both earn £12.71 an hour. The interest alone on Farage’s £5M “gift” affords an £128ph living (37hrs)
New Twitter/X is mad. You used to tweet, to your digital mates, usually mischievously, for the banter, shits and giggles. Now, no one you know replies but posts are hijacked by randoms who wish death upon you, this without RTs to highlight the post to others.
