These bot sweeps we’ve seen before, many times. But if you were legitimate and there was a mistake made you could get things fixed within 2-3 days at most by real people. Now the responses even from internal tickets appear automated / generic. We see the responses and they don’t make sense it’s like they don’t have access to the actual profiles and histories anymore to make proper decisions.
