I woke up to the horrific incident in Belfast, Northern Ireland, whereby a migrant man assaulted a Northern Irish man with a knife and tried to behead him.

I couldn’t watch the video; apparently it’s graphic.

I hope the victim is okay, but I don’t understand why the person recorded the attack rather than getting help.

I assume the man had mental health problems?
