@skm_utd@HLTCO Exactly this. Didi haaman kind of made that point without realising too. Kane isn’t a typical striker. If Rashford and Madueke run beyond him that’s perfect he will either catch up for the cut back or he will play the perfect pass for them to finish it.
@N84773Novak@LiamClif1 The state has control over what everyone does in their home you utter muppet 🤣 is your home an independent state? No? Then the government controls what you’re allowed to do in your home.
Take the tinfoil hat off no one gives a shit about you nobody wants to ‘control you’
@James7Holland If you seriously think social media is comparable to any of the things that came before then you can’t be helped as you lack any modicum of critical thinking ability unfortunately
@HLTCO The UK has embarrassed itself this tournament with how miserable we’ve been I can’t lie. I agree with the criticism of the cooling breaks but outside of that it’s just whinge after whinge for the sake of it I swear.
@Macho_Grande1 People are missing the nuance too. Even if this guy bans / restricts his children from social media, they’ll be bullied because social media is so disgustingly embedded in youth culture now they’d be social pariahs. A blanket ban stops anyone being singled out.
@hevelius@nytimes@TheAthletic What is the excitement in basketball when every basket is worth 2/3 points and every game finishes with around 100 points per team? Pretty much every possession leads to a score change. How can you even get excited for that? Every score means nothing when there’s 50 each
@NotSamCane No because Twitter didn’t exist so if you said that in public your mates said ‘shut up you miserable bastard’ and you didn’t dare air your awful opinion again
