@GodfreyNgoma8 @SethAbramson @elonmusk How govt funding works is they need a task done by an external entity. Govt put out a request for proposals, open to anyone, even you. They evaluate the proposals and award the contract, the recipient has to complete reports to ensure finances are being used as proposed.
