Truth is this. Ebola will reach Kenya, not through the quarantine facilities but because corruption, fluid borders, and panya routes.

#Ebola from a Risk Comms point of view, Eastern Africa is a fluid system -socially. what this means is that someone can use porous borders (panya route) and land in Kenya. The US-Kenya deal, is safer because there's monitoring.
