Please may we reclassify what counts as a good service @TfL - not being snippy but this morning Bakerloo had an 8 minute wait; Northern Line now saying 7 minutes. That’s much slower than normal. Would love the app to reflect 🙏

P7 as 18.27.
Staff didn’t know which was next. No signage. No announcements.

@googlemaps I’ve always been able to swipe between public transport options. Using 6.74.2 on iPhone, the swipe doesn’t work. I have to click back, and select the next option making it much trickier to track the differences on offer. Feels like an error? E.g. 🎥
