@Avis I left a smart device at one of your rental offices. It has been pinging me every day since. When I returned in person to drop off the vehicle, the person at the front desk said nothing was found. However, the device continues to ping me. What do you advise?
@UberEats unfortunately the driver said he delivered my order when he didn't. Your AI is sending me in circles to call the delivery driver who isn't answering. At this point, you've charged my card and not delivered. That is considered theft. Can I have my $$ back please?
A Trust Wallet you can't trust :( They give no timeframe or updates for the issue. When asked, they just refer you to their FAQ that has no info on this issue. Hope we get a solution soon, but be prepared we'll never get access to our funds :(
@StephenKing Sadly, he is correct. In the case of eBook sellers (I assume this is his context), they mislead consumers. We're basically renting the right to access the book like any other subscription service. For the majority of digitally purchased products, your ownship dies when you do.
Unfortunately no one in the national office knows how to reach the local office at the airport, despite Thrify's national team's best efforts to try and find a number.
Seems peculiar for the national office to point to the local office who makes themselves unreachable. 🙃
I reserved a car from @thriftycars weeks ago. Get to airport to pick up reserved car to be told they rented all cars in my class. Told to wait 2-3 hours or pay to upgrade. Or cancel. What a set of choices. Paid because I needed to be someplace.
I feel so scammed 😞
Thifty national referred me to a supposedly local office, but the number was disconnected.
They then referred me to their toll free number and told to select an option that didn't exist.
They then referred me to a number owned by American Airlines 😶
Credit to @united for expertly handling the very delayed UA 146 flight earlier this week. Kept us informed, provided snacks, meal vouchers, optional rebooking, and travel credits - all without anyone having to ask. The Service Recovery Team and the flight crew awesome. Thank you!
Since I moved away from the paid @Dropbox service and deleted everything (even the deleted folder is empty), it continually tells me that I am "out of space" 😶
Why is Dropbox choosing to misrepresent my account usage? It prevents access to the free storage I earned. Strange.
@FrameworkPuter My laptop recently died after 7 years. Had to buy a new laptop now because it's unlikely you'll ship to Scandinavia for at least a year. I really hope you guys thrive! 🚀 My next laptop will be a Framework in the future if you're still around 🤩 You're the future of laptops! 🙂
@facebook I love that all of these suggestions are from everyone other than Facebook :)
He'll continue to follow their documented process, but I just wanted to shout into the void :)
@Facebook ... my friend's account has been hacked for >1 day. He's followed your process, but no appropriate action taken. Now they are scamming people using his profile 😶. A process that takes days or week is unacceptable. How does he get help/answers from a human at Facebook?
In the end, poor behaviour from the employee (they were monitoring me so could have asked me directly at the scanning station) and the fact that employee didn't apologise for falsely accusing me made me question why I spend money there. So I responded with my wallet. (2/2)
Since the employee at @CoopSverige Daglivs falsely accused me of stealing a month ago (and ran to try to to catch me), I have shifted my shopping over to @ICAGruppen. This data for the last year shows just how loyal I was to Coop. Actually, I had been loyal for >10 years (1/2)
