VT mapping: ILAM to guide mapping catheter placement, however full diastolic recording reveals areas of the LV operational during the VT distant from decel zone. Diastolic corridor targeted for ablation. Mapping courtesy EP fellow Laura Forelle
That's how we beat bipolar blindness with #HDGrid, twice! Bipolar and unipolar maps shown side by side confirming the optimal target for ablation.

Atypical RAFL in an ACHD post Fontan repair. 2.5k mapping points used out of 16k collected in 10min using AutoMap and #HDGrid. Tachycardia broke after 7s of RF delivery on the identified critical isthmus. Yes, accuracy matters - especially to congenital hearts! @AbbottCardio
PAP-VT mapped with #HDGrid. PDX technique has been combined with Shadow Based Anatomy Enclosure - SBAE to confirm the PAP upper portion boundary location. The soft splines conformed as the #grid was moved around delineating PAP main contour.@AbbottCardio#proudtobeabbott#EPeeps
#ILAM successfully identified 3 DZs which were later confirmed to be in circuit with reentrant tachycardia induced post model creation. The ablated isthmus for the mapped tachycardia agreed with the location of one of the DZs.

Isn’t a great use of #HDGrid for ACHD - atrial tachycardia mapping?
AutoMap provided an accurate map in minutes. Despite careful map reviewing, thousands of points were still left behind providing the level of confidence needed for this case. @AbbottCardio#EnSite#EPeeps
#HDGrid @gopi_gdanda1 35min case, 32000pt HD Grid map, 281ms on AL Papillary Muscle spanning all of diastole, 0.7s of ablation while ramping up to 50W on burn #1 and no more VT. Great way to start the weekend!
