ETOH VT ablation: 73 yo man with CAD, s/p PCI LAD/Cx year ago, EF 45% with secondary ICD for AMC VT and frequent PVCs. VT inducible at EPS with 92% pace-map match to PVCs. At best at-QRS endocardially, but 30 msec pre-QRS in the high lateral CS branch. Nice visualization of the ablated volume on ICE. #EPeeps @MouhannadSadek
Check out this new patient educational video for patients undergoing an AF ablation. Please feel free to share with patients, providers, and referring physicians!

Sometimes it’s the subtle differences with #OT. Comparison of unedited bipole (left) and OT (right) paced LAT map in a redo PVI. Tachycardia was both induced and terminated with ablation in the anterior wall gap. @andres_miranda4@RedfearnDamian@AbbottCardio#EPeeps#AbbottProud
🚨The RV showes early activation at the His region (−40 ms), with excellent pace mapping. Would you start ablation or pass NCC? Great case presentation by @AndreasMetzner7@BURAKCMD2 and @AKorogyi in #JICE ⬇️⬇️⬇️

One of the craziest looking AAFL circuits I have ever seen. With 390 msec TCL, CS distal to proximal activation, and dual "dragon's breath" 🐉🔥 breakout zones, this monster stirred up spontaneously during PVI. At which location would you slay this dragon? 🗡️ #Epeeps#oneburnterm
A lot of "firsts" in this post.
My first zero fluoro procedure and my first left lateral accessory pathway.
Thanks, @andresenriqueza for the opportunity and invaluable teaching.

our first ethanol ablation for mitral annular flutter, previous failed ablation, block achieved after endocardial, CS ablation and OH, done with my friend @W_Abuzeid with tips from @MiguelVldrbno
