Over-represented writers never spend thousands of words introducing folks to their culture because everyone knows it. Underrepresented writers are expected to.

Over-represented writers literally get more of their wordcount to tell their story because they don’t have to handhold.

Today, Philly vaccinated ~1000 ppl in my mom's (huge) apt bldg. Teams went door-to-door to administer shots. Folks sat in halls outside their apts to wait.

Most residents are elderly.

Aides/support ppl/bldg staff were also vaccinated.

Bring vax to the ppl! Make it easy.
