@WSMV just a little suggestion. For the people that may have to watch from the app can you disable the ads when your weather team are having to break in? I have had to sit through an ad initially when I logged on and there were times ads interrupted the live weather team.
@belk I hope this is not how you want your stores to look. I was in the Gallatin, TN store a few weeks ago and again today. It looked like this every time.
@kroger I just had an issue with a delivery and customer service. It was delivered to the wrong address, customer service at first tried to gaslight me by saying it was delivered correctly and after proof was provided never said sorry.
@CopperBanking I just had a rep tell me that they were at the end of their shift and wanted me to end the chat, one that came on the chat then ended it without even saying anything, and the the rep when I told them all of then then tried to get me off the chat.
@amazon I was just lied to twice by the same customer service rep through chat and then called and was told I am "one of those people" then hung up on because I asked for a sup about the previous rep. Finally get a sup just to be told I've got to call another number.
@AmazonHelp The order had a part I needed by in the morning but everyone that I spoke to including the supervisor made it clear that Amazon doesn't want to help and only tried to get me off of chat and the phone as quickly as possible. So unless I can get my delivery early tomorrow then no
@kroger can you explain why I am being told by your store and chat team that my local store was 100% out of sliced bread and all brands and lengths of hotdogs
@kroger EDIT: I was told by customer service that the delivery order is processed out of a warehouse so now I am being told that an entire Kroger warehouse is out of sliced bread.
@DoorDash_Help why do you not allow customers to speak with supervisors? Cust Serv actively tried to prevent me from speaking with a sup by transferring me back into the queue instead of a sup and after 3 agents never did speak to 1 and gave up.
@devryuniv is it standard business practices for your school to violate federal laws regarding tuition refunds? Because that is happening to me and I can't get your channels to resolve the issue.
@Walmart Update: was able to get a fix for this but not it's being stressed that this is a one-time courtesy to fix a @walmart mistake. So, Walmart will only fix their mistakes once?
@Walmart needs better customer service game! Due to a medical issue, I am not able to drive to my local store ATM. I placed a delivery order and had items missing. I am being told my only options are to drive to the store or pay $30.62 to get $11.90 of missing items redelivered.
@Hasbro just tried to get an address corrected on an order and was told there was nothing that can be done and just to watch the tracking info, on an order going to the wrong address!. I was told everything that couldn't be done and nothing to fix the issue.
@HasbroPulse I placed an order but the shipping address was auto corrected to the wrong address. I called customer service and was told that they can not change address or cancel the order. I was then told that I needed to watch the tracking info for what should be a simple fix.
@BestBuySupport I was hung up one twice by the same concierge rep, I was told by the same department that there was no supervisors. after calling back for the 5th time I find out that they do have a supervisor. Your customer serivce is horrible!!!!!!!
