@ausstockchick Interest rates are a terrible way to control inflation. They punish mortgagees and renters, and benefit people with savings that have already paid their homes off. A better and more equitable way to control spending g would be to have a variable GST rate up to 20%.

@Peter_Fitz No for a while. We know the electric cars will blow the doors off the petrol cars, but racing is as much about the sounds and smells. The other issue is for endurance races like the Bathurst 1000 is you can't get a battery to do that distance and you can't wait hours to charge.

@AngryGoddessx AUKUS should never have happened. We have committed $400B to a 40 y/o system built in the US when we would have had the latest and greatest from France for $90B. This was 100% politics over what was best for the country.
