This is “Family” (2019), a sculpture by Estonian artist Edith Karlson, which is part of the European Parliament's art collection.

It is an installation consisting of three reptilian or monster-like figures made of concrete, metal and various mixed materials.

The figures are arranged like a traditional family, with one of the parent figures holding a framed miniature replica of a human family in a living room.
