The number plate HR10X0726 is clearly visible so also the POLICE sticker..

They earn their daily wages because of dogs.
They can't just stop bcz then they have to stop begg!ng 24×7 on the name of dogs.
The timeline is simple:-

The stray dog economy; operates on stray dog population.

More the number of stray dogs, more funds to their NGO,

More the number of stray dogs, more are the vaccination of rabies.

More are the number of stray dogs, more the revenue of dog food brands.

With so much money pumping in, the government, the municipality will crawl in front of the stray dog mafia lobby.

The Supreme Court came out with very strict guidelines, yet it is not being implemented.

Situation is so bad, that stray dogs still continue to occupy space in SC.

if you're someone who feeds stray dogs, please stop

literally no other developed country in the world has a stray dog problem, but ours does

i do not want to hear dogs barking in the middle of the night, or watch them scare me/pedestrians/elderly ppl away

you feeding them is encouraging them to stay and form packs around the same area

if you are a dog lover, then please adopt a pet and raise them in your house by giving them a proper home - as opposed to feeding a stray dog and creating a mess for the rest of the neighbourhood

@DGPMaharashtra @CMOMaharashtra @MBVVPOLICE I see 0 traffic police appointed on any street of Vasai-Virar for applying fines on traffic rule breakers. There are some very well known streets in Virar, where these incidents happen regularly. Why traffic police staff isn't appointed on these spots? Why no cctv based fines?

@DGPMaharashtra @CMOMaharashtra @MBVVPOLICE why is Vasai-Virar so neglected in case of traffic rules? There are people with loud modified exhaust, not following traffic signals, driving on wrong side of road and then threatening the life of law abiding citizens. Why such chaos?

I have dealt this in the past, and have seen complaints go unanswered on X handles or there is not a proper tracking mechanism, unlike MTP.

Anyways, with the evidence in hand, I decided to file the complain on Aple Sarkaar portal, as it comes with a tracking number.

The next day I may have received a summons over email to be present at the police station (it cannot be treated as official communication, as it never came through official channel). The perp was also possibly summoned.

Today I received an update that the perp was issued a challan of ₹500 u/s 119 and 177 of MVA.

I hope someday MBVVP treats complaints on X just like MP and MTP does, as me as any complainant doesn't have the time to be present during a summon especially when evidence is presented and complaint text is provided with precise time.

Sharing this with active citizens who want to report such wrong side drivings, signal jumps etc in MBVV region. Process not very smooth, but something better than nothing!
