My cousin Domnic Xavier is an electrician/Plumber and he met with an accident at his work site and has undergone cervical spine surgery.
Being a electrician he is dependent on his weekly or per contract income and does not have insurance to cover medical expenses.

After the cervical spine surgery his upper part of the body has responded well and his lower part did not respond yet. He is at ICU and so far the medical expense has reached 4 lacs and the estimation for his remaining recovery stands at 8 lacs.

EWS was passed in Jan 2019 and given immediately on the same year starting May . Now the same Govt says we can't give OBC reservation which was included 30 years back.
