Absolute nightmare moving across the world with @KLM. Booked the fastest route YVR to AMD (via AMS & DEL) to arrive June 2. KLM unilaterally rerouted me via Bangkok, delaying me 18 hours, messing up my baggage, and leaving me with zero dietary food options. Booking: ZTLE4E.

1/2 Because of the sudden swap in AMS, I couldn't re-select my Asian Vegetarian meal. Spent an 11.5-hour flight to BKK with literally nothing to eat because @KLM didn't care. At BKK, staff explicitly lied and promised my bags would transfer smoothly to @ThaiAirways.

@GCOQatar Its a request to look into this matter. There are hundreds of people whose future is on stake because of this. Either remove the rule or reduce the quarantine costs.

@IndEmbDoha This is a very insensitive call to take without a decent amount of time. People have booked tickets via Doha and paid hefty sums. Neither are the tickets refundable. We get this news now and @IndiGo6E already has their rates crossing 1lac which is usually under 20k.
