I am a Nexon ev owner One day my car brokedown when I was traveling, and when I tweeted this problem then the service centre was pressured to delete the tweet.
Even the service centre gave some scratches on my car and car still not returned.

worthless after sales service. Bought a TATA Altroz XT in the month of Jan 23. I was promised that I will get the 2nd key by March 23. Still in May but I have not received the key. Pathetic service. Hyundai and Maruti are far better.

@SaiHarish_Harry @TataMotors @TataMotors_Cars Just check that you are getting a new gearbox or a refurbished gearbox. Since they are on a replacement spree. They are just replacing the engine, gearbox and the batteries with refurbished ones in case if issues and complaints
