Dubious Practices? Here's my experience with @myspinny @sachin_rt

I recently decided to sell my 2022 BMW X1 sDrive20i xLine, maintained in pristine condition.
After installing the Spinny app, I received an estimated value of ₹28–31 lakh, subject to inspection.

@myspinny @sachin_rt Tried with my BMW X1 2021 13300 km. Tried on Sunday. Tried today. Failed. Apparently “numbers don’t lie” in terms of rating. But your app doesn’t accept and review or complaints - so basically it’s only taken for satisfied customers. Yes numbers don’t lie but can be fudged!!!

@SpinnyCare The deal went south over 25.000 /- , such are your business practices , you first honey comb sellers into attractive pricing , then in the name of an inspection you offer a very low quote and then try squeezing us out

There was a difference of 8L between your quote and the OBV

The deal eventually fell through over ₹25,000—just 1% of the transaction value. As a customer, this left me wondering: What is the value of an accepted offer if it can be revised downward at the final stage?
