All I have heard is the resolution time is 24-72 hours. How is this acceptable? How do you expect a family to adjust without drinking water for 3 days? I need a visit by today anyhow as tomorrow is Sunday and no one will be available.

@BOX8_in Pathetic service. Every time I have ordered it takes a minimum of 1.5 hours, and too after escalating with customer service. If you don't have the capacity to deliver, then just don't.
Today my current order is already over 1.5 hours.
Last time I am ordering from Box8.
