SuperOS: Real AI. Real Hospital. 🇮🇳
While most are talking about the potential of AI in healthcare, our team is shipping it. Live in a hospital with:
Real-time clinical audits
Ambient #Clinician-AI
M/L based OT schedules

Cool vision. The hard part is making atoms-and-bits systems safe, reliable, and robust under real-world constraints, but that's exactly what makes it exciting.
Hardware is the bridge between AI and the physical world
Atoms and bits must work together to create future systems embedded with physical intelligence
We wrote a guide for those curious about the atoms.

A hospital where an 89 year old can come alone without him or his family feeling scared. That is Superhealth.
Our benchmark of success isn’t the revenue or the valuations or even the footfall. It’s whether if my mom or dad went to the hospital without me I’d feel safe and would know they’d be cared for and they’d be ok.
Today had an 89 year old gentleman come in, all by himself from 20kms away. His son had printed out our entire website. He even brought laminated VIP pass cards with him 😭😭
This is the bar. An 89 year old can walk in and get care without his family being anxious.
I don’t care what other metric we meet or miss.
This is what Superhealth is about.
Honest healthcare. It’s for everyone.
Thousands of young builders in India have the talent to build with AI.
They just don’t have access.
We’re changing that.
Introducing AI Grants India (AIGI)
→ Free API access to powerful AI models
→ For developers, students, and hackers across India
→ No credit cards. No red tape. Just instant access to build
→ Apply in under 60 seconds and start shipping
@aigrantsindia is a non-profit set up to un-constrain AI builders in India. Just access. No fluff.
How it started:
At the first Better Hack in Pune, Bosky @0xBosky dropped by to hang out. But as soon as the hackathon began, one problem kept coming up: no one had access to AI model APIs (pro/paid accounts). So Bosky did what he does best. He spun up an API, linked his own model keys, and shared it with everyone. By lunch, every participant had access — and OpenAI had emailed Bosky thinking his keys were compromised 😅
That moment sparked an idea. What if this wasn’t a one-off fix, but a platform? Within weeks, we aligned on the mission. Bosky named it AI Grants India — inspired by Nat & Dan’s AI Grant — and we structured it as a non-profit. DF, my broader non-profit project, signed on as the first annual sponsor, and we’re off to the races.
What’s ahead:
→ More models in the pipeline
→ More initiatives to support builders
→ Constant feedback loop from the community
Bosky’s post in the comments has early AIGI metrics. It’s Day 1 — we’ll keep learning and iterating.
How you can help:
→ If you're a builder, sign up and use AIGI
→ If you love the mission: share this in your communities
→ If you’d like to support AIGI: DM me or Bosky — we’re onboarding partners & donors
Let’s make AI access across India the default, not the exception.
@ankitdaf For sure, thanks for the highlight @ankitdaf@chit_raa we @superhealth_ind are also working on the same line and would love to connect and talk more to see if we can collab. Lets connect!
Personal Favourite tech stack these days:
#Nextjs / #Nodejs / #Python (#FastAPI)
For building any 0-1 product!
NNP is definitely the new #LAMP for me!
Although tbh for something which is slightly more complex than an API cluster, I end up using #Django a lot more than FastAPI
How will this affect the #marketplace ad #revenue for so many startups. This definitely seems like the next phase of interface, I feel that a voice based everything app will be coming pretty soon. The tech is definitely there. #ai
I have almost stopped readings docs on APIs. I dump it into @cursor_ai and then ask it to generate an openapi spec which i check on a mock swagger server.
I was reading the docs of a service yesterday feeling like a neanderthal. The docs were asking me to go to a url and click top right and enter this and that and click submit and I was like what is this 2024?
