Not many know the concept of ColorFastness (color's resistance to fading). So, when VanGogh used Indian Yellow to paint Starry Night he knew Indian Yellow on his canvas would stay the same for centuries to come.
I wonder, if any Indian painting(s) used Indian Yellow before him!
