It annoys me given the extreme hate storm we saw against Antony who was signed for a fraction of Wirtz fee and arguably had a much better start in the PL. Antony had issues — but scored goals, created assists and topped every off the ball metric in the PL and was a starter for a team that finished 3rd, when he was 22 y/o.

Florian Wirtz? He is a ”huge talent”? He is 23 y/o. I don’t have anything against Wirtz — but if Antony was a bottom 10 signing of all time, what is Wirtz? 😅

And why are they treated so differently? One comes from the favela and the other is white??
