The Refund of my Flight Ticket is pending since last 2 months. @airvistara & @bookingcom, both are not helpful in providing my money back & blaming each other. It is Shameful that you're making Customer ping-pong between you 2.Can you @airvistara & @bookingcom Process my Refund.

What a Shame @bookingcom have not given my money back. You have made False promises, misled me with false information & have shown no remorse to my situation. So many follow-ups & calls I have made, but still you have not progressed with my Refund case.
