▪️समय पर प्रमोशन ना मिलने पर अधिकारियों को उचित वेतन वृद्धि और उससे जुड़ी सुविधांए भी नहीं मिलती

▪️सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा मई, 2025 में इस व्यवस्था को सुधारने के आदेश के बाद भी मोदी सरकार इसी व्यवस्था को स्थायी करने के लिए कानून बनाने की तैयारी में है

As an individual who has served with CAPF’s closely, their demands are 💯 legitimate and should be agreed upon, CAPF’s are serving from the remotest isolated places in nation to addressing every crisis inside country.

Positions such as DG, IG, and DIG in CAPFs are not ceremonial or “parking postings.” They are leadership roles earned through years of operational experience, field hardship, and sacrifice in some of the most hostile conditions in the country.

CAPF cadre officers possess deep domain expertise, institutional memory, and ground-level understanding that make them uniquely suited for these roles.

The Supreme Court of India has, in past observations, emphasized the need for fair cadre management and better career progression within the CAPFs. Despite this, the continued practice of appointing officers from the Indian Police Service to senior leadership positions raises concerns about institutional equity and morale.
