@JoePublic2024@robprogressive You have a 60k tax free allowance into your pension, so your not unless your adjusted income is greater than 260k then you start to loose your tax free pension allowance
@AbudBakri Best mate tried Reta and asked me to look at their metrics, HRV down from 45ms to 20ms, waking up feeling knackered with no recovery as the CNS remains fired up, RHR 55bpm to 68bpm dosing 1mg per week, so sort of agree with above..
@DrAlexTatem@_9th_Life_ Tried everything, I still need an AI, even with low dose cyp at 10mg per day, that gave total T 17nmol, free T 0.5nmol and tender breast tissue with 200pmol E2. If I use 1mg exemestane EOD I get zero symptoms and 110pmol E2. I’m 15% BF fit and healthy. Any suggestions?
@TheCryptoDaddi water retention is maybe compressing your median nerve and giving the CTS symptoms. Would tie in if you have a bit of swelling on your hands
@Rob_FitLegacy@MarkHiggins78 What Mark says is true. Half life of linoleic acid is 2 years. The study below explains its effects on your health and more importantly your mitochondria.

Strangely in my industry going part time doesn’t really change my ‘flight hours’ i just get more flights squeezed in during my ‘on’ period, it just alters yours days on/off. This is proven by comparing annual flown hours of colleagues on 75% vs 100% for example, we’re all on the same average mostly. You just get a block off every fixed period BUT the 75% stops pension tapering for example until fiscal drag catches up so you can maintain your tax free allowance.
Sorry to hear you got caught up in this but yea it is like a carton of milk sadly, your document has an expiration date and each country lists its entry requirements. Most got caught with the 10 year validity from issue date scandal of late. Hope you get it fixed and resume your holiday!
@DanielPriestley@CutMyTaxUK Daniel it’s the same in aviation. Pilots go part time for the same reasons. Net result is lower productivity from your top bracket producers. I would gladly work more to earn more if it was worth it.
