1. tried to reserve the seat, 1st time it deducted money, but reservation didn't happen.
2.I made the payment again and reserved two seats, for me, my wife and child below 1 year.
3.I waited for the bus 3 hours, bus didn't arrive

2. No information about the status of the bus (I was standing with my wife and my child for 3 hours, bus was supposed to come at 12.30 pm now it is 2.42 pm I am posting this tweet.

@KotakCares the only bank whose net banking system does not work only when you need it urgently. I have transferred some amount from my Kotak Mahindra bank account to HDFC bank today with NEFT but still amount has not reached to the recipient. How much more delays?
