Blackrock files for a Bitcoin ETF--now that's interesting.

Why?

Because, under CEO Larry Fink, @BlackRock has become the world's foremost proponent of the "ESG movement" in investing.

The "E" in ESG stands for Environmental.

So, Blackrock has apparently concluded that Bitcoin mining & trading is entirely consistent with its pro-environment values.
