@LGUKCare @LGUK @currys repeated calls to LG customer service they won’t fix or replace the brand new washing machine that isn’t working. Terrible customer service. Curry’s agent tells you this is the machine they use so you buy it. Unacceptable from both

@LGUKCare I would like to raise a complaint. I bought a brand new washing machine from @currys it makes a very high pitched noise. I have had to call 5 times the changed the motor it did fix the problem now I am being told you can’t fix it

It is absolutely unacceptable that you don’t have a call back system. I called today & was told I have to wait 24 hours for engineers report to be received no called back. Also if I raise a complaint no one will contact me to offer resolution terrible 😡
