I've seen chickens eat live lizards, palmetto bugs and cockroaches. People who think pigs are filthy have not spent much time observing chickens. Still, nothing like a good southern fried bird.

Homemade vegetable bone broth. Turkey, chicken and pork bones. Lots of freezer vegetables. Simmering for 12 or so hours.

I would cut myself going for the twenty.

I'm thankful I am a nobody and that I have a real life.

[RolandClose @RolandClose]

Got a package of chicken feet in our freezer. Got em at our favorite meat market in the 'hood. Cooking them up this weekend. My grandmother taught me to enjoy them!

You can have my share of the snow. Brrr! Enjoy my trips to the mountains every year after the snow is gone.

[Pete, the Pickled Prepper @PickledPrepper]

This morning’s view from our deck: snow showers.

[RolandClose @RolandClose]

Yes, please. I have seeded a portion of the garden. Could use some much needed rain right now.

[RolandClose @RolandClose]

Yep. So the scriptures tell us. My greatest works, on my best days, are nothing more than filthy rags. Saved by faith to do good works.

[Nate Pickowicz @NatePickowicz]

We are justified by faith apart from works.

Sadie Mae. She's a delight. Heinz 57. Got her from a pound today.
