@SouthwestAir need to do better at training Lisa H at Dallas Love Field. Lisa was also “training” someone at the same time (comical and shameful) - Lisa H should NEVER train - she was also rude to her own coworker in training! Just sad! SMH!!!

@SouthwestAir Effective 12/16/2019: A health certificate for dogs and cats is no longer needed to enter Mexico. Lisa H at Dallas Love Field “google” old information instead of calling a manager. The entire exchange lasted 30 min and I nearly missed my flight.

@SouthwestAir Worst counter ticket experience ever. Lisa H located at the Dallas Love Field airport told me that I needed to complete a health summary form signed by a veterinarian. I told her that Effective 12/16/2019: A health certificate for dogs and cats is no longer needed.

@SouthwestAir Worst counter ticket experience ever. I always travel with my service animal and due to the unprecedented events laws and regulations has changed - thus, I came prepared with appropriate service animal transport form and vaccination documents.
