@SW_Help The heat in SWR coaches is life-threatening!! No ac, no ventilation. What does it take to cool the air in a train carriage? Not much! Just good maintenance and focus on customer satisfaction. 0/2 SWR. HOPELESS!
@British_Airways Oh, and theyβve stopped offering vouchers instead of a refund. Sorry, but this is extortionate - and it doesnβt mean a thing that I have a Gold Card and have flown BA constantly over the last 20 years. This just canβt be right BA.
@British_Airways How can it possibly be right that if I cancel a booking a month before I'm due to fly, BA will only refund the taxes and NOT THE COST OF THE FLIGHT!! I can understand a small admin fee being levied but to retain the entire cost of the flight is a major rip-off.
@OctopusElectro I tried setting up and account. All went well. Then tried ordering a card. No go. Got the βSomething went wrongβ message over and over. This is HOPELESS. Just another half-ready attempt to get us on board with a charging infrastructure that is useless.
@sainsburys We just fought our way through a ghastly Sainsbury's "Top Rump" Sunday roast. Dreadful, inedible meat. Tough, sinewy, tasteless waste of money. Do not buy beef cuts from Sainsbury's. Our dog will get the biggest share of this appaling product tomorrow.
