Made me very curious about their kosher status: So, a quick google says peacocks are not kosher because there's not an unbroken tradition of eating them. But turkey is kosher even though it's a new world bird? What gives?
@Empty_America Yeah but the smell when preparing them is terrible. Extremely sulfurous yellow fat. Fine once cooked, they have a nice floral flavor. But the prep put me off it forever.
