@STAAtalent I picked a university that put students on-air while also teaching them how to do it. Teaching + experience is the only way to do it!

[Roman Raffaeli @RomanRaffaeli_4]

@STAAtalent Forced to use an OG thinkpad that couldn’t handle the hardware or software. Hard reset itself every 10 minutes and took about 5 to reboot.

@STAAtalent Reel construction

@STAAtalent A full time role post-graduation in December!

@costa_kiran @SonomaStompers @Nic_Sebas2024 Nah that was all me 🫡

@STAAtalent A flash of the reaction time and leather from ACU first basemen Grant Watkins to end the inning!

[Roman Raffaeli @RomanRaffaeli_4]

@STAAtalent A 7th inning rally cut just short in Abilene. Team leader in HRs, RBIs and hits represented the winning run and took one to the track in dead center.

[Roman Raffaeli @RomanRaffaeli_4]

@STAAtalent Depends a lot on the sport but I would say it averages out to about 4-5. Football and basketball are just as much film as stats and trends while baseball feels like a slow-burn that I am constantly stoking. It's become just as much about HOW to prep than the duration for me.

[Roman Raffaeli @RomanRaffaeli_4]

@STAAtalent I sent 38 applications out for the 2026 summer. Roles like Broadcast intern, production assistant, content creator and social media manager. All over the place but it paid off!

[Roman Raffaeli @RomanRaffaeli_4]

@STAAtalent A 7-inning solo cast UNT vs Abilene Christian Softball midweek battle! A great game but another great opportunity to grow and have fun from the booth!

[Roman Raffaeli @RomanRaffaeli_4]

@STAAtalent @MLB All of the Rockies locals do great work. Drew Goodman on TV and Jack Corrigan on the radio have been my longtime favorites!

@CoorBishop @randy52667 @CourtAnne1225 Crazy to call an entire team “fake Christians” has if that brings any relevancy to the topic. Probably didn’t keep them because he didn’t play.
