@British_Airways and @AmericanAir : My flight was booked via BA’s app. Carrier is AA. Initial flight from LHR to LAS was cancelled. Was booked by AA to BA and made it to LAS 24 hours later. Now, our return flight is cancelled. Now, both of you are pointing fingers.

@Budget - Your agent here in Las Vegas is not letting waive an OPTIONAL SERVICE. My @AskAmex covers for Loss Damage already but she said it’s mandatory in NV. Same with roadside assistance. This added $400 worth of optional services. Why put optional if it’s not?
