@MuellerSheWrote@BL4TINO@SergeantAqGo Exposing the corruption of the system is the point now. It’s what resistance rallies around. Thank you for your work AG. I know you’ll be in the fight every day and I look forward to it.
@thatoriginalist@steve_vladeck Your ability to omit the rest of that sentence is the problem - not Professor Vladeck’s ability to read both parts.
Please learn how reading works before you weigh in on constitutional construction.
@steve_vladeck@thatoriginalist I feel like folks do this a lot with the constitution and statutes, pick and choose the parts they want, so as render the parts meaningless. Not how language works.
@manofmanyhustle @WhiteHouse That looks like $400k and it’s a mid point. Wouldn’t you say that was more a function of the interest rates and subsequent tightening, reducing demand?
Also as to dollar backed inflation, we’ve been integrated with other countries since the Bretton Woods accords in the 70s.
@manofmanyhustle @WhiteHouse Ok, so average US wages went from $53,383 in Jann 2020 to $63,932 in Dec 2023, a 20% rise over those 4 years. The MLS data on your chart shows prices rising post pandemic, about 26% but actually down slightly in 2023. Wages are not 4x lower than home cost rises.
@MaDhATter1585@0liviajulianna Illegal immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than US citizens. Illegal guns kill way more people illegal immigrants. If human life is important, maybe we can address multiple causes of death at once. You with me on decreasing mortality rates?
@manofmanyhustle @WhiteHouse Where are you getting that from? I’m curious to see who thinks the national average home value went up 70% in the last four years.
My experience is that certain segments have gone up but others have not moved much at all.
@manofmanyhustle @WhiteHouse Housing is highly dependent on the market you’re looking at.
Are you suggesting all houses in every market are 100% higher in cost/value than 4 years ago?
