@Eggheadabc @coalregion12 @JonathanTurley Technically speaking, there's no "right to vote" in the Constitution. That always surprises people when I bring that up but it's true. What there is are prohibitions against discriminating against certain classes when they do vote, but not an explicit, affirmative right to vote.
