I’ve written an Open Letter to @POTUS recommending he follow in the footsteps of George Washington and pass the torch to the next generation of Democratic leaders

@RyanJakubowski Not completely sure of the exact numbers as I don’t have the data sets but I’ve read from some other people that Baldacci outran Angus King in his state senate district
@LinkofSunshine Honestly don’t know why people aren’t making NY-15 predictions when making NY-6th predictions.
Both Torres and Meng are obviously safe and the 15th even had a poll done (unlike the 6th where we have no data from)
Anyways, like Torres + 50:
Torres 69%
Blake 19%
Vega 12%
@AezzieUwU To be fair, I think it was more looking at their soldiers being disintegrated in Venezuela and now with the Iran War (likely?) coming to a close, Cuba saying “Nah I’m good, not happening to us today”
@BeshearStan@JHawleyStan@fanofmastriano I would not suggest using Michaud as an example of who to trust when beating Paul LePage.
When Michaud is the Democrat who retired from ME-2 to run for Governor in 2014 and lost to LePage, including losing the 2nd to LePage by 12 points
@maustermuhle Not sure when DC passed it’s sore loser law but McDuffie could try to ask voters to write him in (of course wouldn’t matter) but there’s some precedent
When Vincent Gray primaried Adrian Fenty in 2010, Fenty got roughly 22% via write in (despite Fenty endorsing Gray)
N’Kiyla Jasmine Thomas led into a runoff taking a shocking 45% against perceived frontrunner Jim Priest by 21 points
Last November, Thomas had a campaign video go semi-viral on social media when Markwayne Mullin was still a Senator. Why said video went viral is for you to decide
It appears that DSA endorsee & Ward 4 councilwoman Janeese Lewis George has won the DC Dem mayoral primary commandingly over former DC Councilmember (for ward 5 & later At large) and Chair pro tempore Kenyan McDuffie.
Democratic nominee for Montana Senate Alani Bankhead says she is not dropping out of the race or endorsing independent candidate Seth Bodnar’s bid.
Bankhead: “I am never dropping out. Ever. Ever.”
Trump-endorsed Randy Feenstra lost the Iowa GOP Gov primary to Zach Lahn by just 0.8% in a 5-way race
Lahn ran strongest across central and NW Iowa. Feenstra won the river towns on either side of the state. Both Steen & Sherman won precincts in pockets of regional support
