This is what is coming to probably all small scale green renewable grid connected electricity producers the world over. It happened to me after 30 years, and now the British Columbia Gov't is threatening me with trespass and seizing my assets.

@StefanBurnsGeo Solar Cycle 25 has been more active than predicted & the evidence is showing that solar/geological/climate activity has statistical correlation. Volcanoes waking up, earthquakes, Super El Niño coming soon. Makes one wonder if there will indeed be a Grand Solar Minimum come 2030.
@ClimatePower You feeling the effect of the Urban Heat Island Effect, (UHIE) where it is up to 7°C hotter. This why so many folk believe in global warming because their world is hotter. Most of the 1.°2C warming since 1850 has been in the NH in winter & at night & with a longer growing season.
@Adi13 If Trump 'chokes' on Iran then that will be the start of the end of his legacy. Any deal signed with the IRGC would not be kept by the Islamic 'Republic'. Would like to think that Trump is up to something. Dragging it out to totally bankrupt the IRGC & slow roll O&G to the world.
@S1_be_BioWeapon@SamaHoole May have even lasted as final islands until ~8150 YA when the Storegga Slide, a catastrophic series of three underwater landslides off the southwestern coast of Norway slammed the N Atlantic with huge tsunami's. Many stories globally of floods from our ancient collective memory.
@adeoressi As they say, the rest is history. I always thought that the Falcon 9 should have had 4 medium reusable solid rocket boosters attached to its landing legs support. With a completely reusable, refillable Stage 2 left in LEO for future use. The perfect rocket could still be more.
@ExploreCosmos_ Perhaps a long lost icy half formed giant planet was kicked out into a long period highly elliptical orbit into the Oort Cloud when Jupiter rampaged through the inner & outer solar system? With an orbital period of tens of thousands of years. We are still in the age of discovery.
@hkuppy@DarioCpx@barnes_law Maybe US doesn't want Hormuz shut forever, but for long enough to get the Arab's to fight for themselves or risk losing their Kingdoms. Trump even took Q's shiny 747. Plus make Europe find their own oil & gas & choke China. Russia is already hooped. USA will do Ok in a recession.
@SamaHoole Sort of like 8.3 billion people just breathing. Human breath is equal to ~8% of all anthro CO2. But it's a moot point. It was yesterday's hamburger we ate and the cow ate the grass. The same grass, if it just rotted, reverts back to methane/CO2. Net Zero is a criminal conspiracy.
@Adi13 A lot has been achieved already. The head of the Snake/lieutenants who killed ~42,000 Iranian's were sent to hell. The Mullah's aren't shipping much oil/doing much trade. It will be years before they rebuild much overt military capacity. And it not over yet. Best is yet to come.
@TonyClimate 13% or 1.5 MAF of all inflow to the Colorado River is lost to evaporation off its reservoirs. Another 2.5 MAF are withdrawn in Colorado-1/2 million AF to Denver/area-before even flowing downstream. Precip has always been variable historically. Now it is just too much withdrawal.
@OzzmanOsgood@NikolovScience Wasn't the flood of Noah, Gilgamesh et al the oldest story in the book by dozens of civilizations globally? The real big flood was the melting of the continental ice sheets. This raised sea levels 400 feet (very minor change to atmospheric pressure) & flooded 10 million sq miles.
@NikolovScience Then tell us how ~1/3 of the total atmosphere just 'disappears' on a similar schedule as Milanković Cycles and then reappears? You can't because it doesn't. I would rather hear about your expertise on forestry issues..we on the same side re: many issues but I just don't get this.
@elonmusk Re-name it the SAVE AMERICA ELECTION ACT & concentrate on pure election integrity. Anyone who wouldn't support this common sense legislation that all advanced democracies have are considered a traitor to fair/free elections, intent on feeding corruption for nefarious reasons.
@elonmusk For the purposes of getting the SAVE America Act passed ASAP, make it pure election legislation. Deal with the trans/sports mutilation in another piece of legislation. This just might move the bar to get election integrity back on track. Who could be against election integrity?
The @CDHoweInstitute should consult their in house astrologer before claiming no recession. We have been running on deficit spending, immigration & Gov't hiring for useless jobs that suck primary wealth out of the economy. A lot of useless GDP is digging a hole & filling it back in. Just wait until July 1st & no CUSMA in 6 months.
@ExnerPirot So with the enviro's/FN wanting to block everything, why not Alberta just cut its saleable production by 50% & start a Petroleum Reserve in partnership with USA? Become a Have Not province & quit sending transfer payments to Ottawa. Let the Eastern bastards go broke in the dark!
@JimSteeleSkepti@GlobalGoalsUN They can try and criminalize science but it didn't work for Galileo. It's now an obvious lie/con job what the climate emergency lies are built on. We have rarely had such benevolent climate in a few million years. Net Zero is one of the most horrendous criminal conspiracies ever.
Dust albedo feedback accelerates the Big Melt for ~7k years in a glacial termination event, when things warm from increased solar insolation & it rains instead of snows on the continental ice sheets which previous snow would cover the dust every year until it started melting back.
A lot of dust off the Gobi Desert builds over millennium from cold in the NH & CO2 famine at 180 ppmv. It was a completely different world just 20Kya being ~5°C-7°C colder with far less stunted grasslands and forests. Right to the tropics/Amazon. A dusty, windy, colder planet.
But surely a ~23% change in solar insolation (mainly Eccentricity) has something to with the phase change of water from rain to snow at higher latitudes. Just like every winter, every year now. This isn't hard to understand. Elementary arithmetic.
Your atmospheric pressure change probably explains ancient climate very elegantly with the Faint Sun Paradox. But not the Pleistocene. There is no mechanism possible for changing global atmospheric pressure by ~33% in cycles matching Milanković Cycles. There isn't even a proxy to identify any atmospheric pressure change. Therefore your hypothesis can't be true for The Quaternary Period the last 2.6 million years.
@SamaHoole My Mom used to make a mustard plaster. Whatever that was. It was real hot and seemed to work when you had the cold/flu/pneumonia. Along with the chicken soup & hot chocolate. Little red wagon, little red bike..Maybe all placebo/psychosomatic work of a mother fussing over a child?
