@financedystop Real estate broker here. 20+ years. I can attest the need for Realtors is greatly diminished in today’s world. And will continue to do so for this very reason. Old business model that is no longer relevant. Low barrier for entry, most people can DIY.
@Nassrification@KazzmanClayton@financedystop Sellers often sign a contract with their listing broker that supersedes this kind of side deal with a buyer. Why? Because they wanted the representation, and often agree that if the buyer doesn’t get the representation then the listing broker keeps it.
@ryandeiss Hmm, curious take. Wealth lives on the balance sheet, not the P&L. No mention of equity as an owner while confusing personal income with enterprise wealth. A temporary dip in cash isn’t a broken business if you’re reinvesting free cash flow into enterprise value. Compound & grow.
@TACRONYM@HarryStebbings@typesfast 100% this. Classic sociopathic behaviors in this short clip. This person views themselves in grandiose manner as well with the “I have a bigger house than most employees”. The tone and behavioral change, all classic sociopath.
@JRT228@Invested_In_You It’s the kind of clickbait marketing that deceives, yet engages. AI slop designed to build audience to sub to more AI slop. This BS is everywhere now.
How will AI turn a profit in years to come? Easy. Study Amazon’s FBA business model and how it spawned Amazon Basics…
Step 1: Collect data.
Step 2: Identify winners.
Step 3: Replicate and undercut.
As Bezos famously said, “Your margin is my opportunity.”
@jmwind@MorganRebrand This. Amazon did this wirh FBA. They got everything and positioned it as “convenience”. But the data and insight was enough to launch Amazon Basics and wipe out entire industries. AI business model will be no different. The more we give them, the more they take.
@ecommerceshares Do tell, good sir, why hath MU fallen 13% in a single day?
Forsooth, some speak of valuations and AI fervor. I offer a simpler tale:
The mighty MU whale, known as @ecommerceshares, did cast a vast treasury of shares into the sea.
And the market sank beneath the weight thereof.
@ryandeiss 11. Most people think confidence comes from knowing everything, but in truth, confidence comes from not knowing everything and trusting in your ability to figure it out.
@toylan20 Yes. 80-90% of it is in the kitchen tho. Diet and caloric deficit is everything. 10-15% gym. Progressive overload. 5% supplements. Discipline. #clarity#commitment#consistency
@ecommerceshares Data governance and security seem lost on so many tho. Sharing company financials willingly without much regard, what could go wrong. When these databases get hacked we’ll see who is swimming without shorts. 🙈
@pmcafrica 3 hours is likely the standard earned labor hours for this particular job. Which is typically based on industry standards. If they can beat the standard, then that efficiency is their benefit not yours. Skills matter and have value.
@GivnerAriel Well said. The amount of confidential, propriety, and sensitive corporate intellectual property being shared into these Ai models is insane. Even those trained in enterprise risk management have bent the rules. If/when these Ai databases get hacked it may all get revealed.
@TaraLynnSays Confidential proprietary information being uploaded into Ai models is shocking. There are attorneys and accountants uploading client data into these models they would never trust to some random person. “Everyone is doing it”, yet if these databases are hacked then what?
@denisebhall@godofprompt As someone who understands risk management in a financial context, you have no concerns for confidentiality or privacy with uploading that data?
@mattshumer_ Appreciate the insights. You said, “If you're a manager, paste in your team's quarterly data and ask it to find the story.” And if you’re an accountant feed it your “client’s full returns”? No privacy or confidentiality breach concerns huh? When databases are hacked then what?
