FYI - Good teachers / instructors DONT have the student wondering what was he/ she talking about ( unless that’s ur plan for the session ).
BUT u can’t do this every session you teach or show something to the classroom student / hitter. They have got to understand what u want

A great concept that’s been around a long time . Dont overload ur hitters with CONFUSING LINGO /TERMS way too many Guru’s using non-baseball ( traditional ) terms .One athlete said his coach yelled st him for too much head movement !! On his load.. What??

Hitting guys .. be sure u understand the difference from a PUSH of the back hip on a reg. Swing..⚾️ & when the hitters FOOLED on a pitch. U will almost 90% of time get a big PUSH when fooled .. RT ⚾️⚾️

To all my traveling friends .. be careful if u call Hampton or Hilton #s. A company called RRSERVATION DESK . Com hides under the guidance of those hotel chains . They will book ur hotel & when u arrive u will see the cost of ur online reservation is 20-35 % higher .Be careful
