@amazonIN @amazon Order No. 407-2423361-2058707, product had come for delivery but was completely damaged. Delivery Agent has updated the status as Delivery Attempted. Customer care team (Shaheen) said in 30 mins status will get updated as Order Cancelled but still status is same

@AmazonHelp Like I said I was on call with customer care for more than 30 mins, where I was confirmed that in next 30 mins the order status will change. Its been over 90 mins since I spoke, but still the status is same. And its been over 3 hours since I made initial complaint.

Very surprising @KotakCares that email change request which was highlighted by the customer is not taken seriously and then falls as a victim of cyber fraud. Unacceptable!

@Jainbalwant It depends on fund to fund. Like, Magnum (SBI) Equity Hybrid SIF has Equity taxation 12.5% after 1 year, while Altiva Equity Hybrid SIF has Equity taxation 12.5% after 2 years. So, one needs to check the portfolio allocation before investing to understand tax implications
