@Verizon I cannot access the return shipping label for my trade in. It will not generate. I called and the rep told me there is no way to generate a label…cannot text me one or email me one. I have spent over an hour trying to get this solved…What on earth? I just want a label!

@Carvana What has happened to this company in the last 5 years? Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My 2 day delivery has been postponed TWICE..on the DAY of delivery both days. Both times the car won’t pass the e-check. Delivery dates were a week apart

Amazing Michael Stanley and the Resonators concert last night at Lorain Palace Theater. @jonahkoslen song “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Mind” sung by Danny Powers got everyone on their feet! Great concert! Can’t wait for Canton MSR show and Jonah to come back to Cleveland also!
