Pretty sure in 1st grade I was told no one can MAKE you feel anything. You are allowing yourself to react emotionally to what others are projecting.
Pretty sure this validation thing is along those same lines.
Just be the best you that you can be and don’t worry about what other people say and think.
Life is a lot happier that way.
