@marksandspencer @kathmelo Completely agree with Katherine. I shopped with M&S so much with a delivery pass. Our “local” store is over 20 miles. My child has SPD & needs to be able try a lot of clothes on but cannot access a busy physical store. Will be shopping with Next now - using their delivery pass!

@RoyalMail Tracked 48hr. Posted Friday. The tracking info hasn’t updated since it arrived in Coventry at 8.13am Sun 30 Nov. I’m in Norfolk so nowhere near and now hasn’t updated on tracking for 48hrs let alone be delivered. How can I find out what has gone wrong? Thanks

@RoyalMailHelp Paid for 24hr Tracked & Signed. Got a ‘Pending’ status yesterday saying held at delivery office at request. I wouldn’t have expected it to be delivered on a Sunday but I would expect it to be delivered today - still showing as pending & not out for delivery.

@marksandspencer Hi. Is it possible to find out if part of an order has gone missing please? The order was split into 2 deliveries - both saying dispatched on 25th July. Royal Mail arrived today but the Evri tracking says they are still expecting the parcel. Thanks

@GOVUK Hi. Just tried to tax my car using my V11 reminder. Says it can’t because it can’t find my MOT. MOT is current and expires 30 May. When you search on gov website for my car it clearly shows valid tax and MOT. Why doesn’t it let my renew my tax? Thanks

@sainsburys Not sure how this cabbage passed quality control to be on the shelves let alone picked and sent out for a delivery. It’s so small and black on most leaves (mug for scale!). Going to struggle to get about 4 or 5 edible leaves off it ☹️
