@Richard92653980 Waste is a normal part of any construction job. And the pricing we and the insurance companies use are the same. These prices are set by a third party and these prices do not include overhead and profit. If paid, it is paid by insurance, not by you.
@Richard92653980 Richard, I am sorry about the bad experience. I am not sure which rep knocked on your door, but it sounds like he did a bad job at explaining things. There should be no point at which anything more than your deductible comes out of your pocket.
